
A young, fresh-tasting goats’ cheese, bathed in La Mancha D.O. red wine. The relatively high acidity of the wine bath means that the cheese mostly retains its deep purple coat. The fruity flavours of the wine penetrate the surface of the snowy white cheese, giving it a bright, fresh taste and an aroma of berries.
